An International speaker/trainer, Spiritual Sexuality Instructor Amara is referred to as ‘a truly gifted mystical teacher’. She has given presentations internationally and throughout the United States provocatively inspiring men and women to cultivate passionate, authentic lives. Amara has been a special guest on BBC and ABC Radio shows and is the author of Sexual Agreements: A Guide for Reawakening Sexual Passion. She is the founder of Nourishing Arts, a multi-cultural Healing Arts Society dedicated to the expansion of consciousness through the practices of spiritual sexuality. Trained in both the Shamanic and the White Tigress Taoist traditions, Amara has been practicing and teaching since 1987. She’s definitely multi-talented and bridges the gap between ancient and modern traditions for healthy sexual living.

Private Sessions with Amara

Personal Sacred Sexuality Sessions
I really love the opportunity to work privately either before or after seminars. During my private sessions I like to create a relaxed and comfortable setting where you can feel free to say whatever you wish.

I specialize in helping you clarify sexual, intimacy and relationship issues. I can also help you deepen your understanding of any of the practices techniques or philosophy presented during the workshop. As I regard everything connected to our sexuality, and I consider sexuality a sacred and spiritual practice, anything may be considered during these sessions. This may be a great way to make a connection and begin your own personal work.

These private sessions are generally for an hour and a half and may be scheduled individually or together with your partner (partner sessions are for two hours).

White Tigress Massage Session
Also an hour and a half, these sessions are a direct experience of the White Tigress Massage. Nudity is optional. Sessions will be for individuals only. (men or women)

The White Tigress Massage
The White Tigress Massage method is truly one of the most unique and effective forms of massage. It was originally practiced by Chinese consorts to help relax and open channels of energy throughout the entire body in a very specific manner. There is no better technique that blends the health and healing aspects of massage along with erotic stimulation as does that of the White Tigress Massage.

The White Tigress Massage applies three very effective stimulating and healing elements: Chin Sung (Relaxing the Muscles and Joints), a unique and specific way in which to kneed and open blood flow through the joints and muscles of the body. Qi Ch’u (Qi Stimulation), which enhances a person’s energy level by stimulating the qi meridians and specific cavities of the body. Ching Hsing (Activating Sexual Energy), which consists of stimulating specific erogenous zones and qi cavities that stimulate sexual energy.

Each White Tigress Massage session will begin with a brief discussion to let you know a bit more about the massage and how I will work with you individually.
