CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel your registration you must notify us in writing. We will refund your payment, less the non-refundable portion. Until 45 days prior to the programme this is an amount of $250 per programme per person. From 15 to 45 days this is an amount of $400 per programme per person & within 15 days there is no refund. The Q programme commences on the first day of Q1 in the location noted above and it is from this date that days are calculated. If you choose to transfer to another Q, Spirit Fire Australia has the discretion to offer you full credit for the program only for 1 year for Q1 and Q2; for 2 years for Q3.
